‘Limbo’ is the fifth single from Scottish electronic duo Gefahrgeist (Fiona Liddell and Niall Rae). The song encapsulates a sole voyager’s drifting journey through space . The song opens with Fiona’s poetic lyrics describing the solitude and helplessness of the stranded traveller. As the song builds, more synth sounds are layered on top of each other to create a galaxy-like texture, as our wandering cosmonaut descends into a black hole.
